Payment Difficulties Watch List

Members be extra careful when dealing with the below listed agencies/buyers!

Certain member(s) have reported facing difficulties with the below listed agencies/buyers. We do not place agencies/buyers on this list before taking extra measures trying to verify the validity of reports. While sometimes we cannot verify the validity of such reports with certainty, member translators are advised to take extra care when entering into arrangements with these agencies/buyers. Arab Translators Network/Arab Professional Translators Society does not in any way or manner act as an arbitrator or intermediary between members and their clients.

Granting a member's request to add an agency/buyer to this list is conditional upon a number of requirements including without limitation: (i) providing sufficient information on the issue; (ii) the full name and contact details of the reporting member must be shown on the list; (iii) the agency/buyer must be allowed the opportunity to communicate with the requesting member to resolve the issue. If the issue remains unresolved, the communication exchanged between the member and the agency/buyer must be provided to us as documentary support of the report.
